Dear Sir or Madam, in a world where transparency and accountability are increasingly important, whistleblower systems can be a crucial step towards an ethically sound and just society. We as CLAGE GmbH want to be a role model for energy efficiency and ethical behavior. This concerns both our products and our daily actions within the company. Lawful action and ethically correct behavior are inseparable from our business activities and form the basis for our sustainable success. Even at CLAGE GmbH, irregularities can occur that can harm individuals or the entire company. We basically hope that those affected have enough trust in the management and/or in the responsible persons to address critical issues openly and directly in the respective department. CLAGE GmbH takes compliance violations seriously and deals with them professionally.
Our new whistleblower system easylineHowever, there are situations in which whistleblowers prefer to communicate anonymously via a clearly regulated procedure. For this reason, we have set up a whistleblower system with a competent partner (Compliance Kompakt, or "CK" for short). The whistleblower system represents a safe space in which people can draw attention to grievances, misconduct or legal violations without having to make a personal appearance. At its core, it is based on the internet-based platform ("easyline"), supplemented by a dedicated telephone line and the offer of a personal meeting. The system can only be viewed by two responsible employees (Reporting Office of CLAGE) and Compliance Kompakt.
Anonymity
You can submit a report on this platform completely anonymously if you wish or by voluntarily providing your contact details. Your IP address is not stored at any time and is therefore not accessible to the company, the IT service provider or the case handlers. Please note that uploaded files may contain metadata with references to the creator.You will be shown the case ID and password immediately after submitting your report. Please write both down and keep them secret. With this case ID and your password, you can log in again later and have an anonymous dialogue with the case handlers. Please note that the password cannot be recovered or changed later.
